We are really proud of all the work our team have been doing to support our candidates and clients in these challenging times by continuing to work from home to make sure they also stay safe and well.

Whilst some of us have been placed on furlough the rest of the team are here and ready to help in any way we can. We have put together a handy weekly guide to help support you and your business and to share relevant information and guidance around Business, Recruitment and HR as well as things like Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Your Employees and Furloughing – Making a Claim

Keith Hanson, owner and Director of Personnel Placements has been supporting Salisbury BID Members by answering questions around furloughing and general HR issues as part of an expert panel weekly webinar held each Tuesday. This is free to attend and you can find details and register here. Or please call us on 01722 334433.

The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme claim portal will open to employers on 20th April and the first payments will be made on 30th April. You can only make one claim per pay period, so either weekly or monthly.
A full guidance document on how to claim should be being released this week. It is expected that a high proportion of initial claims will include backdating into March but initial information suggests it will take between 4-6 days after submission to process the data and check for fraud.
