2020 has been a very different year for us all. We wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your support and hard work in assignment during the past few months.

Below you will find all of the information you will need if you are working over the Christmas period regarding timesheets, payments and how to get in touch with us if you have a problem.

Our Opening Hours

The office will be closed from 5pm on Monday 21st December until 9am on Monday 4th January 2021. If you are unwell or cannot attend your assignment for any reason, it would be a great help if you could please contact the client directly as soon as possible.

If you do need to contact us, please call us on the usual number 01722 334433 which will be diverted to the on-call number. If there is no answer or the line is busy, please leave a voice message and we will return your call asap.

Timesheets and Payments

Timesheets for w/e Saturday 18th December MUST be with us by 10am on Monday, 21st December please to ensure payment, which will be on Thursday 24th December.

Timesheets for w/e 26th December MUST be with us by 10am on Monday 28th December to ensure payment, which will be on Thursday, 31st December (your payslip will arrive by email on Tuesday 29th December).

Holiday Pay

If you have accrued enough holiday pay during your assignment and would like this to be paid for any days you are not working over the Christmas period please let us know ASAP. We will not automatically pay accrued holiday.
