An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Centre Manager working with our client based in Leeds
A market leader in their field and part of a multi-million pound turnover global group the company supply a wide product range and on-time delivery service.
The ideal Service Centre Manager will have a strong Sales, Service Delivery, Commercial and Logistical background and have the ability to develop, motivate and coach teams, holding them accountable when needed but also have a collaborative approach and be happy to be hands on and part of the team.
You will have full responsibility for the site and it’s 30+ Staff.You will be measured on overall financial results, new clients generated as well as the further development of established key accounts but our client is looking for candidates who can bring fresh ideas and who has an entrepreneurial flare as well as being innovative. The role is almost that of a business owner as you will have scope to make changes, improvements and in turn benefit financially based on ROI increases.
We are looking for someone who is keen to develop within the business and move into more senior roles as the company grows.
