We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager/Consultant to join the team at Personnel Placements to cover a 12-month maternity contract.

You will ideally have experience of working in a recruitment based role or in a consulting type of environment such as HR or Estate Agency.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who can confidently pick up the phone to speak with both job seekers and businesses as well as conduct face to face interviews to establish skills, experience and aspirations of people registering with the agency as part of their job searching. Getting to know the businesses we work with is also key, so you will have proven experience of building working relationships.

As a Recruitment Account Manager/Consultant at Personnel Placements your focus will be on customer service as well as sales, as we provide advice and guidance as well as match candidates to vacancies. You will have your own accounts to manage but also be working as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service.

The role is fast paced at times and you’ll be managing in the main permanent vacancies but working with the team to support with temporary roles, interviewing and taking general calls into the office so you will need the ability to adapt and prioritise.
