Working for a professional society the PA – Administrator will be providing a wide range of office support.
You will act as PA for the CEO when required as well as provide administrative support to the senior management team.
You will be first point of contact for calls into the office and will be responsible for organising meetings, managing calenders and diaries as well as day to day ‘office management’ to ensure stationery is ordered, meetings and events are catered for, organising couriers, taking receipt of deliveries and post etc.
Administration support will include making travel arrangements as requested, answering enquiries that arrive by email, sending out emails to committee members, ensure relevant areas of the website are kept up to date.
A professional approach is required at all time as is the need for confidentiality.
As the PA – Administrator you will be proficient using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as experience of interacting and working with senior professional.
