We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a prestigious lettings agent in Salisbury who serve a wide range of commercial and residential clients, providing a personal and professional service

The role is busy and varied and will need you to work with initiative, consistency and excellent attention to detail at all times

The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 and one in four Saturdays, am only

The role will include:

  • Reception duties including being front of house. Dealing with callers, both on the telephone and in person
  • Telephone; filtering, redirecting and message taking
  • Email enquiries and diary management
  • Copy and audio typing for negotiators and taking minutes
  • Website management including typing property details and advertising
  • Management inspections and certifications (potential viewings/property visits)
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and applications
  • Managing, reporting and updating database; filing
  • Any other office admin duties as required

Required skills

  • Audio typing experience using Microsoft Office 365 (good experience of Office 2010-2016 required)
  • A working knowledge of Outlook for emails and Word and Excel
  • Using and composing standard template draft letters/emails to tenants/clients/contractors
  • Attention to detail, meticulous and accurate record keeping
