We are looking for a German speaking Sales Support Administrator to assist with the overall effectiveness of the sales team and Salisbury office by being a primary point of contact for customers, clients and enquirers. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide outstanding customer service and work well with tight deadlines
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering the phone calls and resolve/ direct accordingly
- Organise trade shows in the UK and EU
- Monitor and update customer websites
- Build relationships with distributor sales team
- Translate materials into German where appropriate and skill set allows
- Create and maintain a database of independent & chain retailers
- Helping the sales support team/administration as required
- Other duties as assigned & assist team with support as needed
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage and Outlook.
