We are looking for an experienced Business Development Account Manager for our client based in Bristol. This is an opportunity to join a newly merged business that is growing and developing.
As the Business Development Account Manager, you will working 3 days in the office and 2 days out on the road (covering Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire) visiting your key clients, personally developing and maintaining long-term business from major potential customers.
You’ll be identifying and understanding each customers purchasing strategy in order to provide a bespoke package for each client. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to build confidence and commitment is key.
Basic salary starts at £35K with company ROI yearly bonus and regular and continuous salary increase reviews based on individual performance.
You’ll be adept at negotiating, selling face to face and over the phone, administration and communication, delivering professional presentations and stock management. You’ll also need an understanding on ROI and ideally experience of plastics/metals/construction products.
