As an Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and sorting incoming post
- Data entry
- Office admin support
- Stationary ordering
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to incoming emails
To be a successful Administration Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:
- Basic admin experience would be an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills – including written and great telephone manner
- Customer service experience
You will benefit from a salary between £14,500-£15,500 depending on experience.
