Do you have experience writing detailed minutes and have a strong background in administration? We are working with a friendly organisation based in Salisbury city centre, this varied role is within a small team in an office that offers free parking.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting agendas and chairman’s agendas
  • Drafting complex and detailed minutes
  • Maintaining files of past minutes and reports
  • Drafting papers and reports for the meetings
  • Circulating committee papers
  • On occasion, attending meetings
  • Administration for conferences, activities and events – the following responsibilities are in support of this:
    • Processing booking forms and payments received for conferences, activities and events.
    • Maintaining spreadsheets using excel with information from participants
    • Take credit card payments and producing receipts
    • Preparation of letters, name badges and information etc – using Word and MailMerge
    • Produce attendance lists for conferences, activities and events

Experience:

  • Experience writing detailed minutes
  • Strong background in administration
  • Confident IT user with experience using MS Office, experience using MailMerge would be an advantage
  • Accurate and attention to detail
