Do you have experience in complex diary management, taking minutes and providing PA support? We are looking for an organised individual with strong background in administration. You will be working in a fast past environment for a fantastic organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organise meetings and appointments, managing a complex diary. 
  • Organise travel, accommodation and meeting facilities
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries and handle requests for information.
  • Maintain the electronic filing system and contact lists.
  • Process expense claims.
  • Meet and greet meeting attendees.
  • Take minutes at meetings where appropriate.
  • Assist with the compilation and circulation of reports and agendas.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in micro-managing a complex diary.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Experience with PA support or similar duties.
  • Confident communication skills and is comfortable working with senior staff, trustees and stakeholders.
  • Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Well-organised, with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience of working at Senior/Director level.

Role based just outside of Salisbury and some travel may be necessary.
